Qualifications

EPA certification is required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
At least 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC and/or refrigeration service is required.

Responsibilities

Independently perform service calls, maintenance, and repairs on refrigeration systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to maintain a first-time fix rate of 75% or higher.
Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
Respond to on-call demands with timely, professional communication to customers and team members.
Collaborate with peers and managers to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
