CoolSys is hiring for a field service technician to repair and maintain commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and related equipment across diverse client sites. You will diagnose malfunctions, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and quality in every service call.

The role offers competitive pay from $30.00–$50.00/hour, along with a quarterly bonus plan, paid vacations, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) match, and ongoing paid training.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA refrigeration certification required.
• 3–4 years of commercial refrigeration experience.
• Experience with display cases and walk-in boxes is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work independently.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• On-call availability required.

Aufgaben

• Repair and overhaul refrigeration, heating and ventilation equipment to meet customer needs.
• Provide preventative maintenance and diagnose malfunctions.
• Repair equipment such as compressors, water pumps, and air handlers.
• Maintain service records and process job tickets.
• Travel nationwide and drive company vehicle safely.
• Assist with installation startups of new systems.
