RSC Mechanical in the United States is seeking experienced Refrigeration Service Technicians to join our growing team. You will install, maintain and service commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment across customers such as restaurants, grocery stores and hotels.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• HVAC and commercial refrigeration experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Technicians are expected to supply their own standard hand tools.
• Ability to complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
• Strong communication skills with clients, team members, and management.
• Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Experience with CO₂ refrigeration rack systems (transcritical and subcritical).
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems.
• Prioritize safety and identify root causes of failures.
• Handle refrigerants per EPA regulations.
• Read and interpret diagrams, manuals, and schematics.
• Repair compressors, motors, fans, and components.
• Log service reports via mobile and digital platforms.
• Communicate professionally with managers and team members.
• Complete tickets and timesheets on time.
• Provide high-level customer service to retail and commercial clients.
