Total Comfort Group in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems for retail and commercial clients. The role demands strong troubleshooting and excellent customer service, with ability to work independently in the field.

The position requires at least 4 years in Commercial HVAC/R, EPA Universal Certification, a clean driver’s license, reading

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited HVAC technical program with EPA Universal Certification.
• Minimum 4 years of Commercial HVAC/R service experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and ability to pass background checks.
• Proficient reading wiring diagrams and technical documents; able to use diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on RTUs, boilers, and controls.
• Install HVAC/R systems and replacement components; manage service calls efficiently.
• Complete work orders and documentation; maintain company tools and vehicle.
• Provide professional customer service at job sites; participate in on-call rotation.
