Job Description

Join our PilotTeam! Enjoy a substantial quarterly bonus, weekends off, and no on-call duties! This role involves dispatching from home, working 45-50+ hours weekly, even during winter. We provide a company vehicle, all necessary tools and equipment, cellular phone/iPad, and laptop. You will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of approximately 15 store locations near Louisville, KY.

The primary responsibility is to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of facility HVAC/R, food service equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems across various food and retail locations.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to service requests, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair according to warranty and industry standards.
2. Communicate with supervisors and store management regarding repair status.
3. Complete work order notes promptly and ensure proper charge allocations.
4. Monitor truck stock to ensure availability of required parts.
5. Maintain the service vehicle, tools, and uniforms per company standards.
6. Inspect facility interiors and exteriors for safety and maintenance issues.
7. Ensure all repairs and activities comply with OSHA regulations.
8. Model behaviors aligning with the company's purpose; support guests and team members at the highest level.
9. Adhere to all rules, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a positive driving record.
• At least three years of recent maintenance experience with commercial HVAC systems; certification preferred.
• At least three years of recent experience repairing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
• Understanding of OSHA guidelines.
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Intermediate math skills and ability to interpret site drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in congested areas and in various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending, stooping, and crawling.
• Travel less than 10% required.
