Job summary

K&D Factory Service in Pennsylvania seeks a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician. Join seven branches across Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton to service commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing equipment, documenting service activities on a tablet, and providing outstanding customer service. On-call shifts with overtime are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC/R service experience.
• EPA Level 2 certification minimum.
• CFESA certification or manufacturer training is a plus.

K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipment
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
• Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines

What You Need to Apply:

• 2+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems or in a related industry
• EPA Level 2 minimum
• Strong Knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems is encouraged
• Driving record must align with our safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen
