Job summary

K&D Factory Service is hiring Commercial HVAC/R Service Technicians for multiple Pennsylvania locations. The role requires 2+ years of HVAC/R service experience and EPA Level 2 certification.

You will diagnose, repair, and service commercial equipment, and communicate with customers and team members. We offer on-call opportunities with overtime, paid time off, health/dental/vision coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with match, company-provided vehicle, and ongoing training

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems or in a related industry.
• EPA Level 2 certification required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems is encouraged.
• Must have a clean driving record and be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment.
• Document all service activities accurately on the tablet after each call.
• Deliver excellent customer service and coordinate with internal teams.
• Be available for on-call shifts with overtime pay.

K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!

What You'll Do:

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipment
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
• Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines

What You Need to Apply:

• 2+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems or in a related industry
• EPA Level 2 minimum
• Strong Knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems is encouraged
• Driving record must align with our safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen
