Job summary

Wilson's Refrigeration & Air is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential comfort systems, while building lasting relationships with customers who rely on your expertise.

You will troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and deliver exceptional customer service on every call. Be ready to mentor newer technicians and grow your leadership skills as the company expands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain NATE Certification within one year.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential comfort systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system evaluations.
• Recommend repair and replacement solutions with confidence.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call.
• Mentor newer technicians and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Grow technical and leadership skills as the service department expands.

Annual Earning Potential: $85,000-$100,000+ annually

40 hours weekly | Monday-Friday | Rotating On-Call Schedule
