Job summary

Helios HVACR Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee daily area operations and manage technicians to meet customer SLAs. The role reports to the Regional Director of Operations and will lead Field Supervisors and Technicians with staff levels varying by state.

Competitively structured compensation will align with market locations, knowledge, skills, and experience, with a base pay range of $95,000–$105,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC field experience.
• Previous experience in service management roles.
• Universal EPA certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for iPad/cell phone communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and manage team communication to ensure all parties are aware of needed information.
• Provide the highest level of professionalism, communication, and integrity to our customers.
• Manage Supervisors and Technicians and assess training needs by selecting training programs for team members.
• Participate in hiring, training, and coaching of field staff.
• Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.

Helios determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $95,000 to $105,000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
