Job summary

Helios HVACR Services seeks an HVAC/R Service Manager to oversee daily area operations, lead technicians and supervisors, and ensure customer SLAs are met. The role reports to the Regional Director of Operations and drives training and performance.

The position offers a base pay range of $95,000–$105,000 per year, with benefits starting day one, a 401K match, PTO, growth opportunities, a company vehicle, and ongoing education through Helios University.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC field experience.
• Previous service management experience.
• Universal EPA certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for mobile documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and manage team communication to meet SLAs.
• Provide professionalism, communication, and integrity to customers.
• Manage Supervisors and Technicians; assess training needs.
• Participate in hiring, training, and coaching of field staff.
• Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.

Job description

HVAC/R Service Managers will oversee daily area operations and manage technicians to ensure we meet our customers’ needs within their required SLAs. The Service Manager reports to the Regional Director of Operations and has Field Supervisors and Service Technicians as direct reports. The number of field staff will vary by state.

Helios determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $95,000 to $105,000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
