Job summary

All Hours Mechanical LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC projects from pricing through completion. You will estimate, coordinate, schedule, and drive execution with a focus on quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HVAC PM roles, deep knowledge of boilers, chillers, RTUs, and related systems, and a proven leadership track record in fast-paced environments. This role is on-site in OH with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HVAC project management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems (boilers, chillers, RTUs, VRF, etc.).
• Proven track record of leading and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate project estimates, proposals, and budgets for HVAC projects.
• Oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors for materials and resources.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and accountability to project teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, and value-added solutions.
• Monitor project performance and address risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• EPA certification strongly preferred.
