Job summary

Newcomb and Company is seeking a Commercial Service Technician to deliver on-site maintenance and repair services in the Raleigh area. You will perform scheduled maintenance on HVAC systems, operate diagnostic tools, and document work performed for dispatch and customer records.

Applicants should have HVAC certification or an associate degree and at least 2 years of field experience. A valid driver’s license is required, with the ability to lift equipment and work outdoors in varied weather

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC field experience.
• Graduation from an accredited HVAC certification program or hold an associate degree in HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and testing on contract equipment.
• Operate measuring and testing equipment for service checks.
• Record parts used, timecards, and maintenance paperwork.
• Work safely and in accordance with company policies and safety guidelines.
