Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HVAC/R systems, including ductwork installation. This role requires a detail-oriented, dependable individual who can work both independently and collaboratively to ensure efficient and accurate system installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems and ductwork according to project specifications and local building codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with team members to complete installations and system upgrades efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance documentation.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols on job sites.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HVAC system installation.
