Qualifications

• 2+ years of installation experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories under minimal supervision.
• Install heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment per requirements and specs; perform limited diagnostics as needed.
• Design and install ducts and duct fittings as required.
• Perform start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Promote products and services; communicate sales leads to Sales/Service Coordinator.
