Job summary

Blue Collar Services in Central Ohio is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join a growing team serving homeowners across the region. You will handle residential HVAC replacements and installations, including equipment setup, ductwork, startup, testing, and final walkthroughs, with the potential to earn performance-based commissions.

We offer competitive base pay of $20–$25/hour plus commissions, a real total earning potential of about $34–$40/hour, plus benefits, a take-home

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, including replacement and retrofit work.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required; Type II or Universal preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; HVAC trade school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related residential HVAC equipment.
• Complete replacement, retrofit, and new installation projects per specs and codes.
• Measure and install ductwork, fittings, and insulation; perform system charging and startup.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs; read blueprints and installation instructions.
• Maintain clean, safe job sites and communicate with homeowners.
