Job summary
Cortez Heating & Air in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Technician to install heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings, following manufacturer specs and local codes. You will read blueprints, assemble components, and ensure safe, efficient operation for customers.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC installation experience in residential and/or commercial settings.
- Able to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; HVAC certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, RTUs, and minisplits).
- Read and interpret blueprints and manuals to plan installations.
- Connect electrical, piping, ducting, and refrigerant lines per codes and specs.
- Test systems for operation, efficiency, and safety; troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain safe, clean work areas and communicate with customers.
