S&S Mechanical in St. George, Utah, seeks an experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead installation crews on active commercial construction sites. You will coordinate ductwork, RTUs, split systems, and controls, ensure code compliance, and manage materials and scheduling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, ductwork installation, mechanical construction, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership and crew management skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in active construction environments and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise commercial HVAC installation crews.
• Plan daily jobsite activities and delegate tasks.
• Coordinate HVAC installations according to blueprints and specifications.
• Oversee installation of ductwork, RTUs, split systems, refrigerant piping, ventilation, and controls.
