Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial construction job sites.
• Coordinate plumbing installations based on blueprints, engineered plans, and specifications.
• Communicate with project managers, general contractors, engineers, and inspectors.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company expectations.
• Plan daily jobsite activities and assign tasks to crew members.
• Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth project workflow and scheduling.
• Train, mentor, and support apprentices and junior plumbers.
• Track materials, tools, equipment, and jobsite resources.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining project timelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite environment.
