Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial construction sites.
• Coordinate installations based on blueprints, engineered plans, and specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company expectations.
• Plan daily jobsite activities and assign tasks to crew members.
• Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth project workflow and scheduling.
• Train, mentor, and support apprentices and junior plumbers.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining project timelines.
