Flow Building Solutions in Atlanta, GA or Cartersville, GA, is seeking an experienced Commercial Mechanical Estimator. This full-time role focuses on pricing, planning, and supporting large-scale commercial/industrial HVAC projects, with occasional field visits.

You will review drawings, specifications, and bid documents, perform detailed takeoffs, and coordinate pricing with vendors and subcontractors. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years in commercial HVAC or mechanical estimating.
• Proficiency reading drawings, specs, and bid docs.
• Experience with takeoffs and estimating software (FastEST/QuoteSoft/Trimble/Bluebeam).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial mechanical/HVAC projects.
• Review drawings, specs, and bid documents; perform labor/material takeoffs.
• Develop proposals and coordinate vendor/subcontractor pricing.
• Support project coordination post-award (submittals, RFIs, procurement, cost tracking).
