Job summary

Flow Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Mechanical Estimator to price and plan large-scale commercial and industrial HVAC projects in the Atlanta area. The role involves detailed takeoffs, bid preparation, and coordinating with vendors to ensure accurate, competitive estimates.

You will review drawings, specifications, and bid documents, supporting preconstruction through project closeout.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC or mechanical estimating experience.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Proficiency with estimating software such as FastEST, QuoteSoft, Trimble, Bluebeam, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial mechanical and HVAC projects from drawings and bid documents.
• Perform detailed labor and material takeoffs and develop proposals.
• Coordinate vendor and subcontractor pricing and ensure estimates align with project scope.
• Support project coordination during procurement, RFIs, submittals, and cost tracking.
