Responsibilities

• Receive work orders and prepare materials for assignments.
• Maintain and install electrical systems; replace outlets/switches and electrical panels.
• Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration, HVAC, and related equipment.
• Perform building maintenance tasks including walls, plumbing, painting and locks.
