Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. is seeking a Boiler Technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, test and repair boiler controls and system components.

The role requires a strong background in commercial boiler systems, hands-on experience with testing safeties, tuning, and maintaining boiler operations. Must be able to respond to emergency calls and work as part of a collaborative field team.

Qualifications

• 4-year apprenticeship or technical schooling required.
• 5+ years of commercial air conditioning experience required.
• Must be available for emergency call outs.
• Must be a team player and able to work with other trades and client’s staff.
• Rule 1415 certified.
• EMS experience (Staefa/Siemens) is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operations of boilers.
• Complete daily checks and maintain necessary operating records.
• Perform PM maintenance and repairs to boilers and associated equipment.
• Perform monthly testing of all safeties.
• Complete annual tuning and inspections of boilers.
• Monitor chemical feeds for boiler systems.
• Monitor exhaust/stack emissions.

Job Summary

Mesa Energy Systems has an immediate need for a Boiler Technician. The Boiler Technician follows preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, test and repairs all boiler controls and system components.

Geographic Disclosure

Compensation Range: $21.25 - $64.37 per hour The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results. Benefits are provided through local labor union aligned with collective bargaining agreement.
