Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled Boiler Technician to maintain and troubleshoot boiler systems and related equipment. The role emphasizes daily operations, safety testing, and collaboration with other trades and client staff.

The candidate should have a 4-year apprenticeship or technical schooling and 5+ years of commercial air conditioning experience, plus Rule 1415 certification. EMS experience is a plus, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Completed a 4-year apprenticeship program or technical schooling.
• 5+ years of commercial air conditioning experience.
• Available for emergency call outs.
• Team player and able to work with other trades and client staff.
• Rule 1415 certified.
• EMS experience (Staefa/Siemens) is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operations of boilers.
• Complete daily checks and maintain records.
• Perform PM maintenance and repairs on boilers and related equipment.
• Perform monthly testing of all safeties.
• Complete annual tuning and inspections of boilers.
• Monitor chemical feeds for boiler systems.
• Monitor exhaust/stack emissions.

Job Summary

Mesa Energy Systems has an immediate need for a Boiler Technician. The Boiler Technician follows preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, test and repairs all boiler controls and system components.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operations of boilers.
• Complete daily checks and maintain necessary operating records.
• Perform PM maintenance and repairs to boilers and associated equipment.
• Perform monthly testing of all safeties.
• Complete annual tuning and inspections of boilers.
• Monitor chemical feeds for boiler systems.
• Monitor exhaust/stack emissions.

Geographic Disclosure

Compensation Range: $21.25 - $64.37 per hour The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results. Benefits are provided through local labor union aligned with collective bargaining agreement.
