Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. is seeking a Boiler Technician to maintain and service boiler systems in commercial environments. You will follow preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair controls and components to ensure safe, efficient operation.

Ideal candidates bring a 4-year apprenticeship or technical schooling, 5+ years of commercial AC experience, and the ability to respond to emergency call-outs. Certification such as Rule 1415 and EMS experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year apprenticeship or technical schooling.
• 5+ years of commercial air conditioning experience.
• Available for emergency call outs.
• Able to work with other trades and client staff.
• Rule 1415 certification.
• EMS experience (Staefa/Siemens) is a plus.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily boiler operations.
• Perform PM maintenance and repairs to boilers and equipment.
• Conduct monthly testing of all safeties.
• Complete annual tuning and inspections of boilers.
• Monitor chemical feeds for boiler systems.
• Monitor exhaust/stack emissions.

Job Summary

Mesa Energy Systems has an immediate need for a Boiler Technician. The Boiler Technician follows preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, test and repairs all boiler controls and system components.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operations of boilers.
• Complete daily checks and maintain necessary operating records.
• Perform PM maintenance and repairs to boilers and associated equipment.
• Perform monthly testing of all safeties.
• Complete annual tuning and inspections of boilers.
• Monitor chemical feeds for boiler systems.
• Monitor exhaust/stack emissions.

Qualifications

• Must have completed 4-yearapprenticeship program or technical schooling
• Must have 5+ years of commercial air conditioning experience
• Must be available for emergency call outs
• Must be a team player and able to work with other trades and client’s staff.
• Rule 1415 certified
• EMS experience a plus (Staefa/Siemens)
• Valid driver's license in good standing

Compensation Range: $29.31 - $56.18 per hour The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results. Benefits are provided through local labor union aligned with collective bargaining agreement.
