We're Hiring: Commercial HVAC Apprentice / Entry Level Technician

Location: Norristown, PA | Pay Range: $18-$26/hour | Full-Time

Company Overview:

Commercial Kitchen Ventilation services commercial HVAC and kitchen ventilation systems in demanding environments throughout the tri-state area. We work on rooftop HVAC equipment, exhaust fans, make-up air systems, and airflow-related problems in active commercial environments.

We run lean, move fast, and expect effort from day one.

This isn't a place to stand around and watch. If you show up ready to work, you'll learn quickly. If you need constant supervision or motivation, this probably isn't the right fit.

We're hiring an Entry-Level Commercial HVAC Technician — someone ready to learn, work, and earn their spot in the field.

You'll work alongside experienced technicians supporting service calls across commercial kitchen ventilation and light commercial HVAC systems throughout the tri-state area.

The work is physical, fast-moving, and tied directly to keeping customer operations running.

What You'll Do:

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

Work is performed in active commercial kitchens, rooftops, and mechanical spaces where downtime matters. Expect ladder work, rooftops, crawlspaces, weather exposure, lifting 50+ lbs, emergency service calls, and on-call work.

Schedules and job locations can shift based on service demand and emergency calls.

This is not a normal 9-5 role.
