Paycom - ATS in Carrollton, TX is seeking an experienced Commercial Hot-Side Equipment Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial restaurant equipment. The role emphasizes repairing ovens, fryers, ranges and other hot-side cooking gear with strong electrical troubleshooting in customer sites.

You will diagnose, repair, perform preventive maintenance, document service calls, and communicate clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-5 years of experience repairing commercial food-service equipment.
• Experience with ovens, fryers, ranges, and other cooking equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional customer-service etiquette and presentable appearance.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Experience with microwaves and small kitchen equipment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operate company vehicles safely with a clean driving record.
• Respond to occasional after-hours and on-call service needs.
