Job Location: Carrollton, TX 75006, We are seeking an experienced Commercial Hot-Side Equipment Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial restaurant and food-service equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience working with commercial cooking equipment, strong electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide professional, courteous service in a customer‑facing environment.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial restaurant equipment.
• Service commercial ovens, fryers, ranges, and other hot‑side cooking equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Inspect equipment, identify potential problems, and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Complete service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding equipment issues, repairs, and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance while representing the company at customer locations.
• Accurately document service calls, repairs, parts used, and equipment conditions.
• Operate company vehicles safely and maintain a clean driving record.
• Respond to occasional after‑hours and on‑call service needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience repairing commercial food‑service equipment, preferably hot‑side equipment.
• Experience working with commercial ovens, fryers, ranges, and other cooking equipment.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional customer‑service etiquette and a presentable appearance.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screening.
• Experience with microwaves and small kitchen equipment such as slicers, blenders, and mixers is a plus.
