Job summary

Mako Oilfield Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Hot-Side Equipment Service Technician in Carrollton, TX to service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial restaurant equipment.

You will work hands-on with ovens, fryers, ranges, and related hot-side equipment, read electrical schematics, and provide professional customer service on site.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience repairing commercial food-service equipment.
• Experience with commercial ovens, fryers, ranges, and other cooking equipment.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Experience with microwaves and small kitchen equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial restaurant equipment.
• Service commercial ovens, fryers, ranges, and other hot-side cooking equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Inspect equipment, identify potential problems, and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Complete service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding equipment issues, repairs, and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance while representing the company at customer locations.
