Nelbud is hiring Commercial Hood Cleaning Technicians to service restaurant exhaust systems for Evansville-area facilities. This is a full-time, overnight field role with paid, hands-on training. Begin with our 30–60–90 Day KEC Step Program and progress toward additional pay as you train and test.

Shift times vary, typically 6:00 PM to midnight. No hood cleaning experience is required—prior related physical work translates well. Join a growing national company with strong career development.

Responsibilities

• Remove grease buildup using pressure washers and specialized cleaning equipment.
• Work on rooftops, ladders, and around commercial kitchen equipment.
• Travel to customer locations as part of a field-based crew.
• Protect customer work areas and maintain a clean jobsite.
• Follow company safety procedures and standards.
• Deliver professional, dependable service to our customers.

Looking for a hands‑on career where you can learn a skilled trade and grow? Nelbud is hiring Commercial Hood Cleaning Technicians to clean and maintain commercial kitchen exhaust systems for restaurants and facilities throughout the Evansville area.

Commercial Hood Cleaning Technician - Night Shift

This is a physically demanding, overnight field position involving pressure washing, ladder climbing, rooftop work, equipment setup, and industrial cleaning. No hood cleaning experience is required. We provide paid, hands‑on training.

New technicians begin in our structured 30‑60‑90 Day KEC Step Program, where you'll build technical skills and work toward advancement opportunities and additional hourly compensation as you complete training, testing, and performance milestones.

Shift start times vary based on customer schedules, typically beginning between 6:00 PM and midnight.
