Nelbud Services, LLC is seeking a Commercial Hood Cleaning Technician for overnight shifts in the NYC area. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods and ductwork, in restaurants and facilities.

Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist. The role is physically demanding, with overnight schedules starting typically between 6:00 PM and midnight, and requires travel to customer sites as part of a field-based crew.

Looking for a hands-on career where you can learn a skilled trade and grow?

Nelbud is hiring Commercial Hood Cleaning Technicians to clean and maintain commercial kitchen exhaust systems for restaurants and facilities throughout the NYC area.

This is a physically demanding, overnight field position involving pressure washing, ladder climbing, rooftop work, equipment setup, and industrial cleaning. No hood cleaning experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training.

New technicians begin in our structured 30-60-90 day training program , where you'll build technical skills. Work toward advancement opportunities, earning additional pay as you complete training, testing, and performance milestones.

Shift start times vary based on customer schedules, typically beginning between 6:00 PM and midnight, and working throughout the night.

Previous Experience That Transfers Well

Hood cleaning experience is not required . Previous experience in construction, landscaping, pressure washing, roofing, HVAC, duct cleaning, pest control, restoration, military service, or other physically demanding work can translate well to this role.
