COIT is seeking a Commercial Business Development Manager to help customers maintain clean, safe environments. You’ll consult with clients, provide estimates, and close deals while delivering top-notch service.

This role offers uncapped commissions, flexible schedules, growth opportunities, and industry-leading training. Travel to client sites is required with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Commercial cleaning industry experience.
• 2+ years of proven successful sales experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• A clean driving record and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.
• Attend trade shows, meetings, and networking events to expand reach.
• Generate leads and close sales through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals.
• Maintain and foster strong interpersonal relationships with team members and clients.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, generating new business.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, project bids, negotiate contracts, and hit sales targets.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Travel to client sites (valid driver's license required).
