Job summary

Mirror Works in Glendale, AZ is seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support our commercial glazing division. You will assist with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and coordination of material deliveries and site logistics, from buyout to closeout.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction coordination, strong MS Office skills, and an eye for detail in a fast-paced team environment. This role offers competitive pay and an excellent benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction project coordination or assistant PM work.
• Working knowledge of construction documents and the submittal process.
• Organized, deadline-driven, able to run multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track submittals, RFIs and change orders.
• Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and job-site logistics with superintendents.
• Keep GC portals and project records current.
• Assemble closeout packages and warranty documents.
• Support billing - schedules of values, lien waivers, monthly pay applications.
