Temp Right Service, Inc. is seeking a motivated General Laborer to join our Plumbing & HVAC team in Missoula, MT. No prior plumbing or HVAC experience required—we will train the right candidate.

You will assist licensed plumbers and HVAC technicians on commercial projects, maintaining a safe, organized job site. This entry-level role offers on-site, hands-on learning with room for advancement and a supportive crew focused on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Construction experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist plumbing and HVAC crews with installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Transport materials to and from job sites.
• Dig trenches and assist with underground utility installations.
• Clean and prepare work areas before, during, and after construction.
• Cut, measure, and assemble basic piping and ductwork under supervision.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Perform general shop duties and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
