Position Summary

The Residential Construction HVAC Installer ensures that construction projects are properly designed using company standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring job readiness, including job communication for laborers, and materials and equipment deliveries, as well as ensure quality, productivity, and safety.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Work well with customers, co-workers, and subcontractors
• Maintain professional relationships with builders
• Run and work a job from start to finish
• Always Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Complete jobs within the labor budget
• Complete all necessary paperwork, job packets, change orders, timecards
• Basic Safety knowledge of tools and testing devices
• Valid driver’s license
• Properly measure, cut, & drill holes
• Follow all guidelines for job staging
• Other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in tight/open/high/low spaces
• Ability to work comfortably from a ladder
• Ability to manipulate small objects with fingersAbility to work in variable weather conditions
• Ability to pass full background screening and drug screening
• Ability to pass MVR check
• Ability to travel, as needed, for projects or training
