Commercial Gate Installation Technician

Overhead Door Company of Atlanta™, a DH Pace Company Inc., is hiring a mechanically inclined technician responsible for the installation and service of commercial gates and gate hardware. Candidates with a background in construction labor, electrical work, commercial gates, and mechanical troubleshooting are well-suited for this role.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair a wide range of commercial gates and gate hardware.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and maintain job‑related paperwork and submit it in a timely manner.
• Operate in a safety‑conscious manner at all times while performing job duties.
• Work standard hours Monday through Friday with occasional weekend rotation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to safely lift 100 pounds overhead.
• Minimum of two (2) years of industry experience required.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Enjoy the mental challenge of troubleshooting and solving customer needs.
• Customer‑service oriented.
