Job summary

AM/PM Door & Gate has kept Los Angeles properties secure since 1986, operating from Pacoima. We are hiring a Commercial Gate & Access Control Technician to service commercial automatic gates, gate operators, and access control systems across Los Angeles County.

You'll run a daily route of service calls and preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, fix them right the first time, and clearly explain what was done and what the system needs next.

Qualifications

• 2+ years servicing commercial or multifamily gate systems.
• Experience with low-voltage controls and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; strong safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain gates and operators.
• Service access control components and readers.
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams for proper setup.
• Provide clear customer communication on site.
