Qualifications

• Valid license and clean MVR.
• Aerial Lift certification required.
• Welding experience with acetylene torch and plasma cutter.
• Experience in garage door installation, repair and maintenance; commercial doors a plus.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds, climb a ladder and use basic hand tools.
• Familiar with OSHA safety rules and best practices.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening.
• Experience with Service Titan a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma.

Elite Overhead Garage Doors is a family owned and operated business. We strive to give our customers the best experience when performing garage door installations, garage door maintenance, and replacing garage door openers. We serve the surrounding metro area with residential, commercial, and industrial garage door services.

The position is based out of our Buford, GA office.

Responsibilities:

• Continuous evolution of skills to amplifyboth personal acumen and the collective expertise as a team.

• Maintain records of customer interaction, transactions, comments, complaints
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Understanding our products/services inside and out
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

• Valid license and clean MVR
• Aerial Lift certification required
• Experience with welding , running acetylene torch and plasma cutter
• Experience in garage door installation, repair and maintenance of Commercial door systems a plus (sectional, rolling steel, fire doors, high speed doors, and dock equipment.
• Ability to lift 75 plus pounds, climb a ladder and use basic hand tools
• Familiar with OSHA safety rules and best practices
• Excellent customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to understand root causes of technical situations
• Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Experience with Service Titan a plus
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality typesAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• High school degree
