We are looking for 2-3 Techs/Installers. If you have a truck you can use for work (with rack), you will hold an advantage over another applying for a company vehicle. You will be paid for the use of your truck (400.00/mo) and reimbursed for fuel. You also receive a higher piece rate pay schedule driving your truck over a company vehicle!

-2 Years experience REQUIRED, It must be on your resume, or included somewhere in the application, or your app will not be reviewed any further.

***Please read that again - 2 years experience installing REQUIRED, 2 or more years in service work PREFERRED.

-You need to reside in the greater Atlanta Area, North of I-20, not further east than I-85, as far north as Dalton, or as far northeast than the Canton area. Anywhere between Douglasville and Cartersville is fine!

• Yearly pay of 75K-125K is performance based. We pay piecework. 75K is daily earning of 288.00 ( very easy to reach for a qualified, experienced tech ) and 125K is a 480.00 daily average. We do not pay hourly, you are hired on as an employee, not 1099.

Responsibilities

Repair various types of garage doors and openers

Offer different Products, buildings and applications are unique to each job ; the applicant must be able to choose best solutions for each situation as it pertains to safety, functionality and performance.

The Technician will also troubleshoot, repair and perform periodic maintenance on new and existing equipment

Garage door installation

This is a hybrid position that includes sales ! You must be knowledgeable about new doors, and proper measuring for headroom, openers, etc.

Experience with installing/repairing residential and commercial garage doors and operators

Must be able to lift between 75-100lbs, use power and hand tools and climb ladders

Be a team player with strong work ethics and positive attitude

Ability to communicate professionally and effectively face to face with customers

Ability to troubleshoot and think independently

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Requirements

Complete all general garage door maintenance and service calls.

Establish customer rapport, presenting the right products and services.

Ask proper questions to troubleshoot system malfunctions.

Experience

Residential Garage Door Installation/Repairs: Minimum 2 years (Required)

Commercial experience preferred but not required.

Sales experience preferred but not required

Ongoing training will be provided in every area of the industry
