Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate commercial furniture deliveries and installations.
• Assign installation crews based on project needs and crew availability.
• Coordinate incoming trucks, warehouse operations, and outgoing deliveries.
• Communicate with customers to confirm dates, windows, and updates.
• Collaborate with installers, drivers, warehouse staff, and project teams.
• Ensure crews have materials, equipment, and project information.
• Arrange job-site access and installation logistics.
• Monitor schedules and adjust for delays or changes.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate effectively.
