Job summary

Savage is seeking a driven Commercial & FP&A Manager at its Midvale, UT office to lead the financial planning and analysis for commercial operations. You will partner with cross-functional teams on pricing, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and performance reporting to guide strategic decisions.

You’ll develop models and dashboards, drive planning cycles, and support market and acquisition opportunities while aligning financial plans with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Progressive experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate finance.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills to support decision-making, scenario planning and performance improvement.
• Strong communication for executive and customer-facing audiences; able to present clearly.
• Excellent organization and time management to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support commercial projects, including pricing strategy development and contract negotiations.
• Conduct market, customer, and industry research to inform growth opportunities.
• Identify and structure commercial opportunities and partnerships.
• Support strategic planning and business case development with insights and recommendations.
• Develop dashboards and executive-level reporting for business reviews and leadership meetings.
• Lead annual and quarterly financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes.
