The Wonderful Company in Los Angeles is seeking a Financial Analyst for Commercial Finance to provide financial analysis, strategic insights, and data-driven decision support to leadership. This role focuses on developing, preparing, and presenting financial data while maintaining the organization\u2019s price strategy through the annual price list, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of FP&A or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related field preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates with CPG, retail, or food and beverage experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI and ERP systems a plus.
• Ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and executing price list publications and ensure margins and trade strategies meet targets.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making models for Commercial Business.
• Prepare forecasts and scenarios for New Product Development and analyze historical data.
• Present financial performance to stakeholders with clear explanations of assumptions, trends and risks.
• Support month-end reporting, variance explanations, and profitability tracking.
• Participate in cross-functional problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with International Retail Business financials and yearly budgets.
