The Wonderful Company is seeking a Financial Reporting & Analysis Manager to serve as the central hub for financial reporting across multiple business units. Based in West Los Angeles, CA, this role emphasizes reporting operations, process improvement, and coordination of timely, accurate reporting from diverse data sources.

The ideal candidate will lead the reporting team, mentor staff, and collaborate across functions to deliver high-quality executive-level insights and analyses.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Excel with pivot tables, formulas and external data sources.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; capable of resolving issues and developing new processes.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Organized, goal oriented, energetic, team player and responsive.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reporting hub across multiple business units, rolling up financial information into executive-level reporting packages.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reporting from multiple sources.
• Maintain reporting models, templates, and schedules for consistency and quality control.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Provide insights into key financial metrics and trends and support strategic decision-making.
