Job summary

gpac is seeking a Commercial Flooring Sales / Project Manager in Oregon to build relationships, develop business, and oversee flooring projects from sale to completion on site.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, preparing proposals, reviewing plans, coordinating with GC/contractors/installers, and ensuring on-time project delivery with a focus on repeat business and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial flooring sales and/or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare estimates, bids, and project proposals.
• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Manage flooring projects from sale through completion.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, installers, and vendors.
• Manage schedules, materials, and project details.
• Conduct site visits and resolve project issues.
• Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.
