Job summary

Romanoff Renovations is seeking a full-time commercial flooring sales representative who can manage multiple sales leads while providing some project management for sold installations. The successful candidate will build and maintain long-term relationships with general contractors, architects, designers, owners, end users, and internal team members.

This is a fast-paced role with earnings potential remaining uncapped, with base pay plus commission and full tools and support provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Compensation includes base salary plus commission with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple sales leads from inception to completion.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with general contractors, architects, designers, owners, end users, and internal teams.
• Travel to job sites and client meetings as required.
