Job summary

Jack Laurie Group in the Greater Indianapolis Area is excited to offer Commercial Flooring Apprenticeship opportunities. Pay starts at $18.00 per hour, with room for higher pay as you gain experience. No flooring experience is required and training is provided to help you grow into a skilled installer.

You will learn hands-on trade skills, work with seasoned flooring pros, and have opportunities to travel across Indiana as you develop from apprentice toward installer and beyond.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Valid driver''s license preferred.
• Able to handle physical work.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a crew.

Responsibilities

• Assist installers on commercial flooring projects.
• Load, unload, and stage flooring materials.
• Prepare floors and work areas for installation.
• Learn installation techniques through hands-on training.
• Use and maintain flooring tools and equipment.
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe.
• Travel to jobsites throughout Indiana as needed.
