Job summary

Jack Laurie Group, based in the Greater Indianapolis area, is seeking tile installer apprentices to learn a skilled trade and grow with the company on commercial projects across Indiana.

As an apprentice, you will assist experienced installers, gain hands-on experience with tile, flooring, and wall systems, and advance into installer and lead installer roles with onsite training and safety. This is a full-time role with steady work and travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• Construction or labor experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to travel across Indiana.
• Valid driver's license preferred for travel.
• Basic math and measurement skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced tile installers on commercial construction projects.
• Prepare floors and walls for tile installation.
• Mix mortar, grout, and other installation materials.
• Measure, cut, and stage tile materials.

• Learn proper installation techniques and industry best practices.
