Qualifications

• No flooring experience required; construction experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Willingness to travel to jobsites across Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Assist flooring installers with setup, material handling, and prep.
• Learn installation of LVP, LVT, carpet, and sheet vinyl.
• Load/unload materials, transport tools, and keep jobsite organized and safe.
• Follow project leaders' directions and maintain quality standards.
• Travel to job sites throughout Indiana as needed.
