Job summary

Resourcery Group is recruiting an experienced Commercial Finance Business Partner for a 12-month fixed term contract. The role sits close to the heart of the business, partnering with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Sales and Marketing functions.

You will understand what drives performance, what is happening and what the business should do next. You will provide financial insight to support investment decisions, optimise performance and deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience
Experience partnering with Commercial, Sales or Marketing functions

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior stakeholders.
Provide insight into trading performance and translate drivers into recommendations.
Partner with marketing and channel owners to assess investment effectiveness.
Evaluate marketing ROI, lifetime value and payback.
Develop and challenge business cases and unit economics for new projects.
