Job summary

Orion Placement, a nationally scaled law firm serving banks, finance companies, private equity, and major institutions, seeks a commercial finance attorney with 3+ years of experience to represent institutional lenders and borrowers in complex transactions.

You will draft, negotiate, and close syndicated and portfolio financings, advise on secured transactions with a UCC Article 9 focus, analyze bankruptcy considerations, and collaborate on workouts and restructurings across practice groups.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial finance or secured transactions experience.
• Strong working knowledge of UCC Article 9 and bankruptcy code.
• Transactional experience with syndicated or portfolio finance deals.
• Excellent academic credentials with strong writing and analytical skills.
• Active bar license in PA, AZ, or MN depending on office location.
• Experience with workouts, restructuring, M&A, or private equity is a plus.

Location
